By downloading, accessing, or using the mathfiend mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Quantum Craft UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company organized under German law ("we," "us," or "Company").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the App. Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Violation of fair play rules may result in a ban from submitting high scores to leaderboards. However, you will still be able to play the game for personal enjoyment.
The App features global, regional, and country-based leaderboards. Users can choose which country they participate in for leaderboard purposes. We reserve the right to:
High scores may be retained in anonymized form even after account deletion for the integrity of leaderboards.
The App offers the following in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Prices are subject to change without notice. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policies.
Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by the policies of the app store through which you made the purchase (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not provide additional refunds beyond what is offered by these platforms.
Virtual goods and digital content are considered consumed upon download and are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues with purchased content, please contact us at contact@quantumcraft.io.
The App displays advertisements to users who have not purchased the "Remove Ads" feature. Advertisements are shown based on our internal algorithms and may be personalized based on your consent preferences.
We use Google AdMob for advertising services, and users in the European Union will be presented with consent options for personalized advertising in compliance with GDPR requirements.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Quantum Craft UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App or by contacting us at contact@quantumcraft.io. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
